Kebaikan Air Mineral

Sekarang musim panas. Jadinya kena minum air banyak-banyak untuk mengelakkan proses dehydration. Air yang paling sesuai ialah air mineral. Air masak yang kita masak tu boleh minum cuma bila dia nak proses tu lambat sikit sebab molekul air yang besar.

Jadi untuk mencepatkan proses mencuci buah pinggang dan air dalam badan bergerak pantas, disyorkan minum air mineral. Air mineral mempunyai molekul yang halus dan mempercepatkan proses penyucian buah pinggang. (sila abaikan tatabahasa. janji maksud tersampai udah le.)

Itu menurut kata doktor yang saya pergi tempoh hari sebab sakit pinggang. Kurang air katanya. Dan doktor tu suruh saya minum air mineral. Mulanya rasa payau. Tapi lama-lama saya jadi suka dan tak boleh minum air biasa dah. Haru. Suka atau tak, berbotol-botol lah air mineral di rumah saya tu.

Saya tak pasti air tapis sama atau tidak dengan air mineral. Rumah saya pun takde penapis air. Huhu. 

Jadi kat bawah ni ada kebaikan air mineral yang saya ambil dari sini untuk dikongsikan bersama.
